  • How do you manage to offer 'Free Shipping' ? ~ Small amounts of substances of minimal hazardousness can be shipped.
  • Can you ship to Canada? ~ Yes we can ship to Canada, there will be a charge to cover customs forms or fees, usually $5.00 extra
  • Can you ship outside USA? ~ We can ship to some countries, for now we only can ship to Canada.
  • What is considered a large quantity? ~ 1000 grams of product is the most we would ship in one container. With 2 or more containers being shipped at a time.
  • If I ordered 100 40g Silver Nitrate, it will likely be shipped in 2 separate boxes or more.
  • Inquiries originating from Africa, Asian nations, Australia, Central and South America, Shipping will be responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Can I have my order without the printed label? ~ Only for a quantity of ten or more in the ACS 40g and 100g sizes.
  • Is the container / bottle made of inert product? ~ Yes we ship in Nalgene HDPE dark amber bottles.

  • We use Paypal as our merchant. We SILVERNITRATE.ORG never see your credit card number
  • Can I get a refund? ~ Yes, only for products that are still sealed in wrapping. There is a $7 charge only for single items under 454g. $10 for 454g and over. For quantity items, there is a 10% of order restock fee. ($6 shipping for Silver Smiths' MCP and $2 for thereafter.
  • Will you buy back Silver Nitrate? ~ Yes, You can send us Silver Nitrate, doesn't have to have came from SILVERNITRATE.ORG though it may take 4 to 6 weeks until receipt of funds.
  • Can a large quantity order be paid through bank transfer? ~ No, not at this time.
  • How long will shipment be if I paid via check or money order? ~ Generally 4 to 6 weeks
  • How long will shipment be if I make a large quantity order and used PayPal? ~ about 2 weeks
  • Paypal also accept checks too, If you pay via that method, it takes about 1 week for funds to clear.
